Today we celebrate the birth of Maddie and Matt Zimmerman. They exited the womb 19 years ago. We are thankful for that. 

Tonight we attempted to throw a surprise party for them. It went well, besides the fact that I accidentally blew it by sending a text about the party in the wrong group text. (It is not my fault we have 2657 unnamed group chats, all with ongoing conversations.) It probably was not a surprise for them, but we love them and it was happy to be reunited again! 

As the night went on, the girls won the dance off and I pwned Richie on our one on one dance comp. No worries though, he still wooed me with his eccentric moves. Then the boys won guesstures, then the girls won the sing off, and then the girls won Family. 

Paula fell asleep, until Matt attacked her with a yoga ball. Overall, it was a great night. I am blessed to call Maddie and Matt some of my best friends, along with everyone else pictured above. Seriously, these sweet friends make home, home!
